Cutie Pastel Halloween Helium Ceiling Balloons x 25

Fill your ceiling with 11″ biodegradable Cutie Pastel latex balloons, tied with either 50 cm matching satin ribbon or 2 m curling ribbon, and optionally adorned with satin bows. They arrive helium‑inflated and Hi‑Float treated (to last up to a week), with extra balloons included in case any deflate. Orders must be in multiples of 25 (e.g. quantity 4 = 100 balloons). For dense coverage use about 9 balloons per m², and for a lighter spread use 5 per m². Store them at room temperature for best longevity.
